Highly organized and motivated marketing assistant needed for energetic and innovative modest fashion brand to be involved with the processing of customer and prospect outreach strategies from the beginning to the end. Opportunity to learn broad range of marketing skills both online and in-store. Under the supervision of social media and marketing manager, the marketing assistant completes tasks that range from data entry and list management to writing web content and press releases to communicating with the public and updating clients about the company’s product or service.

Therefore, this marketing assistant position has the primary goal of optimizing customer and vendor communication focused on structuring, updating, and maintaining the firm’s mailing lists to customers and vendor order lists and data bases. This position also has responsibilities like collecting data for marketing research projects, planning promotional events, managing marketing plans through a flowchart and creating invoices for market-related expenses.
