Job Description

The intern will work with our VP Product and supervised technically by our Chief Architect.

We are now designing our next generation of automated detection using behavioral detection. A secondary objective is causal flows – being able to determine strength of causal relationships between events – this is of particular interest in adverse events.

You will be part of our Agile development process which includes 2x/week scrums. The task will involve development of machine learning classifiers using SVM and training on existing clinical trial data.

The detection module is part of a larger system that generates signals from clinical data, detects and classifies and executes automated playbook response – which can be a text message to a patient or a Web hook call to another service.

Flaskdata.io is a tech startup developing technologies to accelerate completion of clinical trials. Organizations like the Weizmann Institute and Google all use our platform.
The cloud platform provides real-time data collection services for investigators, patients and medical devices. The real-time data is then processed by an automated detection and response layer which detects exceptions to the clinical protocol.
The entire stack is exposed as a REST API.
We have offices in Modiin (M-DOT) and Tel Aviv (We Work )
