The internship will be a fantastic opportunity for an intern to see how a private equity firm work, and how a proposed idea transforms into a realized investment and real estate project. The position would be catered to the type of intern received. We plan to assign both financial-based tasks and marketing tasks to the intern, and we will make every effort possible to focus the tasks to one of those sides if desired. The intern will work alongside all members of the team, with responsibilities related to investor relations development, marketing campaigns, and financial modeling including due diligence reviews.

Internship Qualifications:

The intern should have a college degree, or currently in the process of obtaining their degree. If they have not completed their degree, then it would be more desired to have an intern in the fields of Finance, Economics, and/or Marketing/Communications as described in the duties above. Their direct contact would be Johanna Silverio, who is a native English speaker. Hebrew is desired (can be at a beginner-intermediate level), although not required.
