“I always thought that having an international experience was going to be good for my personal and professional life. After I came back from Taglit-Birthright, I realized that I wanted to do this internship here in Israel, so I started to look for different programs and I found Career Israel.
Working at 365Scores has been a great experience. Internships usually mean making coffee or doing the bad jobs that nobody else wants to do. However, as soon as I arrived at my internship, I discovered that I was going to be responsible for all of the marketing for the Brazilian market. I was at first scared because I had never had that kind of responsibility, but they have a great product and the team gave me incredible support that made my job much easier. The team not only supported me, but they gave me the independence to develop my work and give my input. I felt that they truly respected my ideas.
Since I started my internship, we’ve been working on getting more users from Brazil and we have received great results! We have received more than 67,816 new users, were are at the first place of Google Play and Apple Store, 60,000 new likes on our Facebook page and articles about the influence of our application within the Brazilian market. It is so great to realize that I was able to be part of this achievement! After my internship, my boss hired to continue on as the Director of the Brazilian Market from Brazil! The end of my time here in Israel is near, which makes me sad—but I could not have had a better experience to take back home with me!”
